Hello users! At first, when I started this blog, I started collecting some useful information whenever I feel to share it. At first, started with IT corporate blog, motivational blog about life, your attitude, science, etc. When I started to blog about the history of Tamil and it's culture, that's when I felt to write more posts about learning it's language. Though there are many web sources to learn Tamil language online, I wanted to make the learning easy through English through step by step lessons without having a need to learn the Tamil letters. So started to post more lessons to get the grab the tamil basic words.
Tamil(Actually pronounced as Tamizh) one of the oldest language to be present and used commonly in the today's generation has tons of specific word for each numerical word some thousand years before where most of the language don't have the words as the language itself lasted only few centuries language like English improved its usage by adding prefix and suffixes for ease. As a native Tamil speaker and who can speak other few languages in basic level, I felt that Tamil is one of the few languages which is most expressive, most imaginative and a language which can express almost all possible feelings of human.
Since lot of English words have been used in between while speaking in Tamil, the less fluency for the native Tamil speaker in expressing it . So this blog is not only dedicated to non-Tamilians, or beginners but also for native Tamil speakers for not loosing any words or important vocabulary. Most of the posts, I have mentioned the tamil words ending with 'zh'. It's special 'la' like sound which is pronounced only by curling the tongue and touching the upper jaw of the mouth.
